ABOUT US: Generation North Oceanside is a diverse and multiethnic group of people who strive to love Jesus while being tragically flawed in the process. Our desire is to love families exactly where they are at in life and point them to Jesus who loves us all and then transforms us into something we can never obtain on our own merit.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Your first time experience will bring you onto a middle school campus called Cesar Chavez Middle school. Driving onto our church parking lot, you will discover that our Church is as new as the building and our Faith in Jesus will bring you a fresh perspective on life. Our Childhood Ministry (Nursery through 8th Grade) on Sunday morning’s, provides your children with an exciting glance at who Jesus is and what He has done for their lives. We believe that safety is our top priority and all of our volunteers are trained and background checked before they are allowed to serve in this ministry. We have one 9:30 AM service which allows us to worship together as one community. During the service you will be invited to engage in a worship experience that will bring you closer to Jesus. We will invite you to lay your burdens down at the feet of Jesus and live a life free of guilt and shame. Our attire is casual but our faith is serious. In a Hurry? Have breakfast at the church along with a fresh cup coffee or Orange Juice!
OUR VISION FOR OUR COMMUNITY: Generation North Oceanside is committed to being part of the community. We have adopted Cesar Chavez Middle school and support their efforts in teaching the students in our community. We plan on adopting more schools as resources become available. Throughout the year we strive to provide a free activity that the whole family can enjoy and invite the surrounding neighbors to participate. We also invite you to participate in our “Come Hungry” groups, in which we offer you and your family an opportunity to eat a meal at least once a month with a couple of other families from the church. We foster this because we believe it is essential to a life with Christ. One of the greatest ways to get to know people in the church is to serve alongside of them. We believe that everyone in the church has a role and a responsibility. There are multiple ways to get involved in a ministry and it all starts with filling out our Information envelope and turning it in during the service.
